Each individual person may hold only one active account on 1xbit. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 1xbit reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings held across those accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. 1xbit accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method used. Current minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the 1xbit cashier at the time of making a deposit. These limits are subject to change and 1xbit will notify players of any significant changes.

All funds deposited into your 1xbit account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts or cards belonging to third parties are prohibited. If 1xbit identifies a deposit originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Once a deposit is credited to your 1xbit account and used for wagering, it cannot be reversed. Please ensure you intend to make a deposit before completing the transaction. If you believe an erroneous deposit has been made, contact 1xbit support immediately.
1xbit is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. All withdrawal requests are subject to the verification of your account and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances.
Withdrawals may be made to JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or the Visa/Mastercard card used for deposit. 1xbit will only process withdrawals to a method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
Withdrawal processing times at 1xbit are as follows: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, and SadaPay withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval. IBFT and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 1xbit is not responsible for delays once the withdrawal has been dispatched to the payment processor.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of submitting a withdrawal request. Players who wish to withdraw amounts above standard limits should contact 1xbit support to arrange a higher-limit withdrawal.
1xbit reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security procedure to protect account holders from fraud. Failure to provide requested documents will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

All bonuses at 1xbit are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
How 1xbit Bonus Wagering Works
Bonus credits are added to your bonus balance after the qualifying deposit is made and any promotional code is entered.
Place the required total in qualifying bets across eligible games. Not all games may contribute equally to wagering — check specific promotion terms.
Once the full wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash in your main 1xbit account balance.

All bonuses at 1xbit have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the account. Expiry periods are communicated at the time each bonus is offered.
Players may only hold and wager on one active bonus at a time on 1xbit. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or more bonuses being voided.
1xbit monitors bonus activity to identify and prevent abuse, including but not limited to: using bonuses from multiple accounts, using promotional codes not issued to you, or placing bets designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine gameplay. Any such activity will result in bonuses being voided and the account reviewed for further action.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, 1xbit reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Where a game round completes normally and a result is recorded by the 1xbit system, that result stands regardless of a subsequent technical issue on the player's device or connection.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 1xbit system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Please double-check all bet amounts and selections before confirming a wager.
1xbit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or temporarily suspend any game or game feature at any time without prior notice, including during maintenance periods. This will not affect any bets already accepted before the withdrawal or suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbit platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and possible legal action:
1xbit employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. If suspected prohibited activity is identified, 1xbit reserves the right to suspend the account and conduct an investigation prior to any withdrawal being processed during that period.
1xbit collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account on 1xbit, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

1xbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
